Ready NAS

How do I edit files when accessing readynas through ready cloud via internet, I can only download first but want to directly edit files without downloading

You should be able to access the NAS using file explorer if you have the ReadyCloud application installed on the PC.

I have the app installed it lets me login then says online(vpn disconnected)

ok this problem is sorted.

However I have another problem it wont work on my laptop with windows 7 is this a conflict as it works on all windows 10

Is "it" access via ReadyCloud, or is it something else?

 

Either way, it should be working with Win7.

When using the desktop app it wont work on windows 7 laptop.
When i use the desktop app windows 10 laptop it works . Is there a setting in windows 7 that needs changing or is there a conflict with windows 7 a lot of chats on here says there is a conflict.

So you must mean ReadyCloud.  

 

I'm not running Windows 7 anymore, and don't use ReadyCloud either.  So I'll leave this for others to answer.
