ReadyNAS 10200 not responding to reset

ReadyNAS 10200 not responding to reset

After a power cut I can't get any response from my ReadyNAS. Remove power and plug in again and it powers up. Cna't power off - no response when pushing power off button. Power up via cable with reset button held down -no response. Can't activate boot menu. Tried USB re-install of OS6 but can't get ReadyNAS to boot from USB. Network connection is active but not responsive-doesn't ackonowledge router or show any IP address. In short it's appears software/hardware is locked up and reset or power button don't get a response. Any ideas most welcome

Hello cgs,

 

If you cannot even get to boot menu, I suggest you contact support team for hardware check.
