ReadyNAS 104 Disks always busy

ReadyNAS 104 Disks always busy
Recently my Ready NAS 104( firmware 6.10.8) always seems to be busy the there is activity even though none of my devices are accessing the NAS, how on the admin page can I search if a device is trying to access the NAS or find out what the NAS is actually doing. Sometimes when I try to access the NAS it takes several seconds to respond as the disks are busy, it also means they are not going to sleep when not in use.
Do I have a disk with an error and the NAS is constantly trying to repair the volume how do I find out.

Does the logs page have any messages saying that the NAS is resyncing the volume?
You could download the log zip file from the logs page - there's a lot of information in there (could be confusing).
Have you tried restarting the NAS?
