ReadyNAS 104 upgrade 6.2.5 to 6.4.2 failed

Hi

I get a message that new version is available.

I have a ReadyNAS 104 ARM firmware version is: 6.2.5 and can update to 6.4.2

First time i try to update with auto updater, press update button, nas downloaded the update, and pressed the Reboot button.

When NAS is rebooted the version was: 6.2.5 ... NOT updated

Second time i try to manual update. Downloaded the ARM architect 6.4.2 version, unzipped the zip file, and upload the IMG file

NAS uploaded, rebooted but the version is: 6.2.5 and get message: New version is available: 6.4.2

How can i update the nas?
