ReadyNAS 204 will not connect to Macbook Pro
ReadyNAS 204 - Firmware 6.8.0
Macbook Pro Retina 15" (Late 2013) - OS Sierra 10.12.16
RAIDar does identify the NAS and provides the typical information (Model, Name, Status (Healthy), etc.).
Selecting "Admin Page" produces the following message: "Your NETGEAR storage is not accessible from this computer. Check your network settings."
ReadyCLOUD app simply indicateds that the NAS is "Offline". The ReadyCLOUD website indicates the same.
NAS does appear in the Finder (left-hand column), but will not connect. Time Machine drives on the NAS appear in the TM application, but will not connect.
Attempting to connect via GO>Connect ot Server> afp (or smb)://ipaddress does not work.
My Windows 7 Pro computer has no trouble connecting using any format (File sharing, ReadyCLOUD site & app, etc.).
Is there any way to get this mac to connect???

Re: ReadyNAS 204 will not connect to Macbook Pro
It sounds like you are having a network issue. Please provide the network addresses of the ReadyNas and computer you are trying to connect. This is a common error when a network is operating in bridge mode.

Ping the I.P. address from the PC that won't connect to see if it can be seen on the network. That will tell you if the device is visible.
