ReadyNAS 2100 - Can't connect after factory reset

After resetting to the factory settings, I can not connect to my RN2100. It is not on the network at 192.168.168.168. RAIDar also does not find it. Has anyone come across a similar one?

The reset was done as follows:
1. Off the device.
2. Press and hold the reset button (sys) until all LED indicators (except the disk operation indicator) light up.
3. Use the backup button to select 2 drives.
4. Confirm the selection by pressing the sys button.

The problem was solved as follows: on the port in the switch, the same VLAN was forwarded as in the port to which Netgear is connected.
