I recently purchased the desktop readynas 104. Out of the box, while navigating the menus and tabs, I saw the apps tab with several available apps. Now that I have drives installed and ready to start exploring my NAS some more, the apps tab for "available apps" is blank. Nothing populates at all.
Is your RN104 connected to a router or a switch? If you will connect a PC to the same router/switch where your RN104 is connected to, are you able to go online?
Kindly check the network settings of your RN104 as well.
