ReadyNAS DUO 2nd disk died
Hi,
my readynas duo started to act strange, it was showing me that both disks are dead, But when i connected thru ssh im able to see the data. When i removed the second disk and restarted its still showing me that the second disk is dead and in the frontview is blinking yellow led but the disk is already removed, i think there is something wrong with the readynas itself.
here is a complete dmesg log
http://textsave.de/?p=169242
And here is complete log file what happened so far after i turned the readynas on on 20th

Re: ReadyNAS DUO 2nd disk died
It really looks like the NAS is broken. Because first of all the disks are fire but nevertheless NAS is showing state "Ch 1 : UNKNOWN [1397 GB]" for both channels even if the disks are removed. I just tried to update it but unfortunately without any success on the issue.
I guess i will just have to return it which is kind a disappointing to be after I already returned it one because of other failure.
