Re: ReadyNAS Login Problem
Welcome to the Community!
If you have not set Password recovery the last resort would be to do an OS-Reinstall.
Please see this guide on recovering Password and doing OS-Reinstall on Ultra 4.

Re: ReadyNAS Login Problem
Thanks for your quick answer. I study the access the menu procedure through the boot mode in order to recovery admin password. The OS reinstall I understood that does not erases user data in NAS. Do I have to be on the NAS or can I do it through my network?
Thanks

Re: ReadyNAS Login Problem
OS re-install does not do anything to your data, but it does re-assign IP address assignment to be via DHCP, so the IP address may change if you previously used a fixed address. It cannot be performed any way except at the NAS.
Be extra careful not to accidently choose "Factory Default", as that does destroy your data.
