ReadyNAS NV+ Stuck on Booting after update

After receiving a message overnight that RAIDiator had been updated to 4.1.9, I rebooted as instructed.

Now, after hours, the ReadyNAS NV+ has been stuck on "Booting...Please Wait..." for hours on end, with the Blue LED power light flashing.

What is wrong? Normally this should reboot quickly.

I fixed it myself, by doing a USB Restore via a USB thumb drive.

Up and running again. Will be transferring essential files off the NAS in case this happens again.
