ReadyNAS OS 6.8.0, Bug Re USB 3.0

Hello All, i dont know if it just me but

Since i have done the Update to OS 6.8.0, I have lost the Use of my USB 3.0 Ports on the Back.

I have Put in a USB 3 Hard Drive and USB 2.0 Drive/Flash and nothing comes up, If i use the USB 2.0 port on the front everything works fine.

But that stops me from getting the transfer speed of USB3.0 when using USB 2.0

I dont know it this is a bug from the OS upgrade or my USB3 ports have failed.
Anyone else having this Problem?

Regards
Peter

Hello Iggy2015,

You may download the BETA FW from the hyper link I sent on my previous message. I cannot tell if that is a bug as there were no enough people reported it but I guess you can also test it with the BETA FW.

Is the problem resolved in 6.8.1?

Hi @IT_Wayne,

It does not say in the release notes of v6.8.1 here that there is a fix included about the USB 3.0 issue as per described on this forum thread.  However, you may want to update the firmware of your ReadyNAS OS 6 to v6.8.1 and it might help.

The USB 3.0 bug has been fixed in 6.8.1.  I tested it on my ReadyNAS 3220 last night and it worked without any issue.
