ReadyNAS PRO missing model name and serial number

I recently upgraded my ReadyNAS PRO to OS6 and all appeared to be fine until I switched off the mains to move the unit back into its normal location after which it would not boot up at all.

I have managed to get the unit booting again by using a recovery USB and have installed two disks during the install process, formatted and synced them without any problem.

Unfortunately at some point during the process the unit has lost the model number and serial number and so when I log in to the web interface, it is not populating the home page with the required fields and I am unable to get the unit back online.

I am hoping that one of the Netgear staff @Marc_V or @JohnCM_S are able help me with this and update the VPD on my machine, I know that this machine is getting on a bit,  but I have been using it as a backup for my 516, any help would be much appreciated.

Please send me a photo of your NAS Label with the Serial number and model name/no. thru Private message. Also, set your NAS to Secure Diagnostic mode.
