ReadyNAS ProPioneer keeps rebooting after shutdown

Maybe someone else already experienced this:
A couple of days ago my ReadyNAS Pro Pioneer started to automatically reboot after a shutdown was initiated. It doesn't make a difference if I initiate it via the WebGUI or by pressing the power button twice. The NAS shuts down normally, and after 2-3 sec restarts and boots again (no errror messages) - it's just like I would have initiated a restart.

Takes me a couple of retries at the moment to finally convince the Pro to stay "off"... 😞

I already opened a support ticket with Netgear (still have HW warranty) but maybe someone else has an idea in the meantime?

Not quite sure, looks like a hardware problem.

It definitely seems to be a HW problem, as the frame died on me today. No way of powering the Pro on again...
So no access to my data - updated the support case accordingly and hope for speedy help here from Netgear.
