ReadyNAS RN3138 - Duplicating Folders
We have a ReadyNAS (Model RN3138) with 20TB of storage. In the past two weeks, the device has been doing some strange things. We noticed that it is copying a folder in the main directory and adding it to the main directory but in lowercase. The other issue is that once it creates a copy, the folders (original and copy) have many of the sub-folders and files missing.
Any insight into what may be causing this? Firmware is up to date, from the NetGear App, and all drives are green and healthy.

I'm a little confused on what the screenshot is showing. Is this from File Explorer, or something else?
Also, if it is File Explorer, what it is in the File Explorer address bar?
Have you checked with the NAS web ui, to see if these folders are also showing up there?
