ReadyNAS RN31400 Unable to Access All Boot Menu Options
Hello,
I have a ReadyNAS tied to an old server / domain and would like to format the ReadyNAS to work with our new server / domain. From what I have read on the user manual and documentation that requires reformatting the disks through the boot menu. However, when I access the boot menu I am only given one option, "Start assigned backup jobs", no matter how many times I power cycle the system, and/or fidget with the backup and reset buttons. How do I access the factory default option?
Thanks for any help / advice you may have!

This is an RN314? If so, see pages 74-75 here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-100/ReadyNAS_%20OS6_Desktop_HM_EN.pdf
If you have access to the admin web ui, you can also click on the "Perform Factory Default" control in system->settings->update.

I don't think that's the case. What in particular do you need to reconfigure?
