ReadyNAS Surveillance license problem?

Hi Everyone,

I purchased the NAS with ReadyNAS Surveillance license (1 Channel x2).

After installation, I activated the license successifully at the first time and everything works fine.

 

However, I found something wrong and need to perform factory reset on the NAS.

After that, I failed to activate the license again and it turns to trial mode now.

Whatever use the online activation or offline activation tools, it returns error code 11 and said the license is already activated.

What's the model number and firmware version of your NAS?

 

Have you tried contacting support for license request?
