Thanks I found that a minute after I posted the question.
Would the processors and network transfer speeds be similar if I moved to a Pro6 I have as well (I need more storage). Can I just swap the Disks over?

The Pro 6 has a much faster CPU so performance should be better with that.
Before doing the migration be sure to make sure both NAS units are running the same firmware.
