ReadyNAS Vault on 2100 - Spinning Logo
I have an old ReadyNAS 2100 and would like to connect it to ReadyNAS Vault.
I am running latest/greatest ReadyNAS Firmware as well as the Vault Add-on.
When I try to apply the email address/password on the NAS, I get a spinning icon that never goes away (until I reload the web page) and it simply won't connect. I confirm that the password is accurate.
I've tried several browsers in case it was a GUI issue but am now out of ideas.
ReadyNAS 2100 v2 [X-RAID2]
Firmware RAIDiator 4.2.3.1
ReadyNAS Vault v3.8.3

Re: ReadyNAS Vault on 2100 - Spinning Logo
John,
Thanks for that. I had already done so and they ran through a lot of suggestions none of which resolved it.
Utlimately they suggested it may relate to a bug in the Netgear GUI which they don't control, and suggested I contact you.
So here I am, stuck in the middle.

Re: ReadyNAS Vault on 2100 - Spinning Logo
Update to this. Looks like the issue may relate to the choice of password and I was able to login with a shorter, less complex password. NASVault have been advised and I'll keep you updated.

Re: ReadyNAS Vault on 2100 - Spinning Logo
We've identified the issue which seems to relate to long/complex passwords.
