ReadyNAS "Admin Page" is offline, Apps still work.
I have issues try to connect to the admin page from time to time. I can't see a trend to what's causes this but can view files in internet explorer as l have mapped the drive.
can't find a way out but when reboot the nas drive by removing the power it comes back. radar has all green lights on
anybody know how to resolve this ? I should also say this was like this in previous release. I had hoped the update to 6.2.5 May of helped but not the case

Hi ross_4527,
Do you have iSCSI Luns created? or Snapshots enabled on your Shares? Have snapshots disabled and observe if it will be stable.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,

Hi ross_4527,
You could provide us the logs and we'll see what we can do about it. Also, let's hear from other users if they have an idea in resolving this issue that you encountered.

Re: ReadyNAS "Admin Page" is offline, Apps still work.
Have you lost access to the admin page since disabling anti-virus? Looking at the logs, I don't think so.
From examining the logs I think the issue would relate to the MySQL, anti-virus combination. If you have one of those disabled then hopefully you won't lose access to the admin page.
If you want to run both of those together, especially with a large MySQL database is large you should consider upgrading to a 200 series or 300 series unit.

Re: ReadyNAS "Admin Page" is offline, Apps still work.
I just diabled the anti-virus yesterday and so far no issues have been encoutered
I understand your comments on the upgrade to a nas 200 / 300 series. I planned to leave for a week to see if this this sucessful
Based on this I am thinking of moving the website off the nas which will remove the need for sql
Kind Regards
