ReadyNAS support for RN516?

Does netgear offer support for the ReadyNAS line anymore? I'm willing to pay. I have an RN516 that stopped sharing and the web UI is no longer responding, but I do have SSH.

You can purchase a service contract for it. Log into my.netgear.com, and select "my registered products" Click on the "support options" control next to the RN516, and you'll see "purchase a support contract" next to it.
It's of course out of warranty, so no RMAs, etc. But they can troubleshoot remotely, and provide software support.
