ReadyNAS was unresponsive and showed kthread_data+b
My ReadyNAS was down for few times since one month ago and it showed "kthread_data+b" on the front display. It could be resumed after reset. However, I could not see any error message from the logs. What can I do?
This storage is only used for iSCSI disk for a single Windows 2012 server.
Please help. Thanks a lot!

Re: ReadyNAS was unresponsive and showed kthread_data+b
Well, it definitely crashed - but perhaps too quickly for the event to be logged. But I wouldn't be too concerned about an isolated crash.
It'd be worth checking the disk health (disk_info.log), and perhaps running the scrub and disk tests from the volume settings wheel.
You could also run a memory test from the boot menu.
What firmware are you running?

Re: ReadyNAS was unresponsive and showed kthread_data+b
Firmware 6.5.1
I have run scrub and disk test after the first time I met the issue. But the same issue was happened again. I will try to run the memory test as per your suggestion. Thanks!

You might also try upgrading your firmware. Current version is 6.10.1
