ReadyNas 104 lost access to the folder

I took your advice:

"There are two things you need to do:

change the NAS hostname. Underscores (_) are not allowed in the hostname standard (though they were accepted by the Netgear UI when you set up the NAS). You can substitute a dash (-). This isn't optional - you can't resolve the problem unless you change the name.
Go into
System >> Settings >> HTTPS >> and change the SSL Key Host value to match the new hostname (host-name.local)
You might need to reboot the NAS when done - not sure about that."

I replaced "_" with "-" in the name of the device and folder. After that, the folder is no longer visible. There is no access to it. The occupied area on the disk shows that the data has not been deleted.

What to do? Help

Can you access the folder using SMB?  Or any other file protocol you had enabled for the share?

With the help of ftp, smb, and other protocols available to the folder, it is not possible to see it !!!!!

How is this even possible??? Who writes such firmware???

I pulled out the raid1 disks, using the utility I downloaded all the information from them.
