12x4Tb it work correctly in ReadyNas 3200 with 6.7.0 OS? In Hard Disk Compatibility list max 2TB to disk.

You shouldn't be running old beta firmware on the NAS. I suggest upgrading that to 6.7.5.

The technical specs for the 3200 say it can accept GPT disks in slots 1-4, but that slots 5-12 are limited to 2 TB. See page 37 here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RNDU2000/RackMount_HW_2June11.pdf
So 4x4TB+8x2TB should work, but not 12x4TB.

The 2TB limit on slots 5-12 is a hardware limitation, not a firmware one.
