I have factory reset and run through the Wizard.
It's been many years since I last used this, so probably missed something.
I can access the Admin page in a browser.
I now want to start copying files to it and accessing them.

Microsoft is deprecating SMB 1.0 (which is the version of SMB that the Duo uses).
Go into "turn windows features on or off" and see if the SMB 1.0 client in Windows is disabled. If it is, then try enabling it, and rebooting the PC.
Note that SMB 1.0 is not secure, but IMO the risk is small on a home network. If you aren't comfortable with that, then you could use NFS instead (which is also not secure), or get a new OS 6 ReadyNAS that supports SMB 3.
