ReadyNas - Time Machine not working

I have set up Time Machine on my ReadyNAS Duo RND2200, but when trying to access it from MacOS I get the message "The version of the server you are trying to connect to is not supported. Please contact your system administrator to resolve the problem"

The version of the RAIDiator is 4.1.7. Is there a newer version to download that fits my RND2200?

Is there anybody out there that could help me?

Yes there is newer firmware. The latest firmware for your Duo (v1) is 4.1.12 and there is 4.1.13 beta firmware too.

As you have guessed you need to install a firmware update.
