Readynas 104 webinterface not starting

Hi,

My webinterface wont start, browsing the forum people say os reinstalls have worked for them but i have tried that and it does not.

I am not sure if the problem came from updating to 6.2.2 or from installing / deinstalling an app as i dont remember in what order i did them.. but i did both..

I have also found on the forum people doing " apache-ssl -f /etc/frontview/apache/httpd.conf -k restart " command to restart the apache server but i just get " -bash: apache-ssl: command not found "

also found "  ps ax | grep apache " command and that gave me " 7526 pts/0    S+     0:00 grep apache "

the command " tail /var/log/frontview/error.log " lists :

"

It looks like you have hit an old bug that was present on 6.2.2 where uninstalling an app breaks apache.

Sending you a PM.

Re: Readynas 104 webinterface not starting

For some reason, I can't see the log output you posted.

Could you send the full system logs? Details here: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/21543

Re: Readynas 104 webinterface not starting

i put the log text in spoiler tag to avoid " wall of text ", anyway the output from " tail /var/log/frontview/error.log "

is:

as for the full system logs link you sent it describes how to get the logs from the webinterface.. but the problem is that the webinterface dont start so cant do that..

Where can i access the logs via ssh?

i also seen people ask for the output of " df -h " and that is:

root@nas-4drive:~# df -h

Re: Readynas 104 webinterface not starting

Ah, sorry, my bad.

Can you run RAIDar - http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20684/~/readynas-downloads#raidar and see if the 'Download logs' option from there works for you? If yes, then send the logs as per the earlier link.

If the logs download via RAIDar doesn't work, let me know.

Re: Readynas 104 webinterface not starting

Sorry for the long delay but i had to remote into my homepc and run raidar there...

But there is no download logs there only "Admin page" and "browse", then the normal rescan buttons and such...

Not sure if this is depending on what nas i have or something? i use:

raidar version 6.0

nas model: readynas 104

firmware 6.2.2

is there noway i can get the logs over ssh?
