Readynas 316 Volume is degraded (but all disks green)
It is showing degraded this morning
I cannot find any fault.
I have defraged the drive and also scrubbed but nothing.
It is running 6.10.2 firmware
Can anyone assist

Your screenshot is telling you that disk 5 has failed, so I am a little puzzled on your question.
But download the full log zip file. Look at the array information in mdstat.log - that will tell you what disks are not in the array. You can look in disk_info.log to see the smart stats.
Your volume is too full - which can cause a lot of problems (including loss of data). You took a risk by running the defrag with less than 5% free space.
