Readynas Duo Ultra 2 - What lead can I use?
Hi all,
Not sure that this quite fits in hardware section as it is only a lead question:
I just got ReadyNas Duo Ultra 2 from Pixmania - I nearly didn't buy from there as it comes from EU and needs an adaptor to work on UK mains, which they supply. Very predictably they sent me an adaptor that clearly does not fit the lead and is not the one in the picture.
Rather than wait for an eternity for them to sort this out - can I just use a PC type "kettle lead"?
I can't see what type of fuse was in the EU lead, but the adaptor had a 5 amp fuse in it.....though no idea if that was the right one either!!

Hello,
I would recommend waiting for the device to be sent by the company who provided it. You may even want to see if you can get your money back and purchase a NAS in your region for full compatibility.
