Readynas NV+ uninstalled app no access, has IP and responds to ping
Readynas NV+ . I have uninstalled the squeezeboxserver app and now have no access to the web interface. The device has an IP address and responds to ping, no ssh enabled. Is there any way to get it to work, I have backed up most of the unit to another one, but I am missing some folders.
I also removed the disks, inserted a disk from a readynas nv ultra nas and reinstalled os and then updated firmware. I had access to the web interface. Then reinstalled the other disks and the problem was back and no web interface access

Hi @jonjon7778
Welcome to the Community!
Will you be able to get the original disks back and download the logs? root partition might be full or other causes for it. You can send in the logs if you can download it.

Re: Readynas NV+ uninstalled app no access, has IP and responds to ping
Hi when I tried to set the device in service mode I accidentally reinstalled os, and suddenly the shares were available, I was able to backup the data. But the webinterface still didn't work. Since I gained access to the data and was able to backup it I just reset to factory default afterwards and it seems to be working now. Thank you for your help!

Hi @jonjon7778
Good to hear you were able to gain access back on the NAS and backup.
What might have happened is that the root volume got full or the management service went offline.
Doing Factory reset gives you a fresh setup.
