I am using 3 HDD in RN31400, replaced 1 HDD which is not working, now getting message Used Disks Check RAIDar. tryed OSreinstall from boot menu but getting same message. Is there any process to rebuild the raid without data loss.
Did you try powering downm removing the new hard drive, and booting up without it?
If that works, then hot-insert the new drive (with the NAS running). You'll probably need to format it from the volume page before the system will add it to your current volume.
