Honestly I think the power brick is a long shot.  More likely it is something in the chassis (for instance the NIC).  If so, it is not repairable.

If you can connect one of the drives to a Windows PC (either USB adapter or SATA), then you should be able to read the data with r-linux for windows ( http://www.r-tt.com/free_linux_recovery/)

If you purchase a replacement X86 ReadyNAS (RN300 or better), you can temporarily mount the volume in the new NAS and extract data.  https://kb.netgear.com/29957/ReadyNAS-Migrating-disks-from-RAIDiator-4-2-to-ReadyNAS-OS-6-x86

You could look for a used OS 4.2 ReadyNAS, though the platform is aging (and you could be inheriting someone else's hardware issues).

Maybe see if RAIDar gives you more clues.  https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads#raidar

The next step is to power down the NAS, remove the disks (labeling by slot), and then powering it back up.

RAIDar should now see it, with a "no disks" status.  Please let us know if that happens (or if it remains off the network).

Then it's either a chassis failure or a power brick failure, and the data on the disks is likely intact.

You could speculatively replace the power brick I guess - you can find replacements for about $30 USD.

Do you need to pull data off the hard drives?

Power light is on and fan is running. When in boot meny all LED is on. Can the power brick realy give power to the chassi, but with to low power quality so that chassi can´t drive disks, or communicate with USB and ethernet ports?

Yes I need to recover data from disks .
