Re: Readynas update error

apt-get upgrade should never be performed on a ReadyNAS.  It can break dependencies of the Netgear-unique elements of the OS by upgrading something to a version beyond what is supported.  You cannot treat ReadyNASOS like generic Linux.

None the less, the OS package should be available and this would not be the first time that Netgear failed to properly failed to update the distro for an OS update.
