Remove inactive volume to use disk. #2,3,4.

Remove inactive volume to use disk. #2,3,4.

I am getting the message "Remove inactive volume to use disk. #2,3,4."  when I log into my nas.

 

It has no volume information - I cannot access any data.  The disks appear to be working.

 

Does anyone know what this message means and how to go about resolving this?
