My product says it was already registered.I got it from colleague that bought it around 2012.
Is there a way to register the product under my name? Or does he need to remove the device from his account?
The registration is for warranty/support purposes. The warranty is not transferrable, and Netgear won't support used equipment. So they don't allow you to register something that has already been registered by someone else.
