Hi, is it possible to setup ReadyNAS for remote access by multiple users like a dropbox or a cloud drive, by allowing specific user access to specific individuals

ReadyCloud is one way to do that.
It can also be done by
setting up a VPN in your router
installing owncloud or nextcloud in the NAS, and forwarding the needed ports in your router.
enabling the FTP service in the NAS (requiring FTPS) and forwarding the needed ports in your router.
Which one is best depends on the details of what you are trying to do (how much access to the NAS you want to give them, whether this is persistent access, or just downloading a specific file, etc).
