Shadow software repeating itself ????

I have used the Shadow SW for years for backup of my ReadyNAS 2X1Tb every week !

Now it's starting to repeat itself - every day it writes this in the log:

11/24/2013 10:00:01 AM Ugentlig kopi SIKK.KOPI STARTED
11/24/2013 02:02:49 PM Ugentlig kopi SIKK.KOPI COMPLETED
11/24/2013 02:02:51 PM Ugentlig kopi SIKK.KOPI STARTED
11/24/2013 02:51:04 PM Ugentlig kopi SIKK.KOPI CANCELLED

You can see when it finished at 02:02:49 it starts again a few seconds after - what is wrong ?

AND now repeating when finished the backup ... then it starts up again !!!!!!!!

What is wrong here ?

They say they has nothing to do with that problem and proposes the Suppport Team and they will not because I have no contract for support ! 😞 😞 😞

So you are not using ReadyNAS Vault?

I'm using the NTI Shadow which came with the NAS-disk.

Have you checked if there's a newer version of the software? If not perhaps try different software.
