I try btrfs balance start -dusage=100 /data
And try disable and enable quota.
It's ok now !!!
I think quota it's the solution for my problem !!

Setting -dusage=100 means that filter is pointless. The -dusage means to balance chunks that are less than X per cent full so setting a value of 100 means you want to balance everything that can be, which is the default. By setting a lower percentage you can reduce the time needed to balance the volume as the operation will only balance the chunks that are more empty to begin.
Quotas are suitable for some use cases but not for others. Depending on your use case it may be best to have quotas disabled on the volume.
