Hi @Retired_Member

Have you tried contacting NETGEAR Support to open a case so they can escalate it and be investigated?

Regards

Note that if you purchased the RN316 between 1 June 2014 and 31 May 2016, you have lifetime chat support.

Re: Snapshots ReadyNas 316

I try btrfs balance start -dusage=100 /data

And try disable and enable quota.

It's ok now !!!

I think quota it's the solution for my problem !!

Thanks everyone

Re: Snapshots ReadyNas 316

Setting -dusage=100 means that filter is pointless. The -dusage means to balance chunks that are less than X per cent full so setting a value of 100 means you want to balance everything that can be, which is the default. By setting a lower percentage you can reduce the time needed to balance the volume as the operation will only balance the chunks that are more empty to begin.

Quotas are suitable for some use cases but not for others. Depending on your use case it may be best to have quotas disabled on the volume.
