Suspended Backup & Unable to Cancel

I set-off a back-up job (incremental from an earlier backup) but it appears to be suspended. When I cancel the job the icon turns yellow and tries to cancel however a few seconds later when I refresh it just returns to In Progress!

Completely deleting the job and the data on the back-up drive is a last resort as its c. 2tb of data.

Perhaps contact support.

You can delete the job w/o deleting the data. Though if you create a new job, the first backup wouldn't be incremental.

What firmware are you running?

Am running 6.1.7. Have contacted support - hopefully they can suggest anything other than the nuclear option for the back-up. :roll:
