Sync failed - No Volume Exisits - HELP...

I have a ReadyNAS Pro Business Edition [X-RAID2].
did have all 2tb drives. been replacing each drive with a 3tb wd red.
last two drive replacements took about 8 to 10 hours to resync
put in 5th 3tb a few days ago and all started well. However on checking the next morning it said it would be thousands of hours to re sysnc. at this point it was at 50.5%. checked this morning and it was at 51% (8 hours later). Could not log in from computer. decided to do a soft reboot from power switch. pressing button just shut the system down!! no gentle shutdown. I restarted the NAS and system now says No Volume Exists!!

Log says

Health shows disk4 blinking green and resync

If I go to Volume Settings it says "No volume exists. Some menu options are available only if a valid volume exists"

Have I lost all my data? Anything I can do to recover? should i try to pull disk 4?

Thanks

Re: Sync failed - No Volume Exisits - HELP...

I contacted Support. They want $380 to help. I now just need to be 100% sure they will be able to help recover my data before spending the money.

Anyone any safe ideas for me to try?
