This job report doesn't make sense:
This job doesn't make sense:
Copy start time: 2017-08-11 20:00
Total files processed: 17
Total files transferred: 12
Total files size: 20.20 GB
Total files size transferred: 20.20 GB
Average speed: 11.96 MB/s
Exit code: 0 (Ok)
Copy end time: 2017-08-11 20:29
It took 29 seconds. Knowing that nothing in this job's directory has changed since the last backup - 29 seconds would be a correct run time. However, why does it say
"Total files transferred: 12" and "Total files size transferred: 20.20 GB"?
I need more accurate stats than this.

Re: This job report doesn't make sense:
Download the log zip file from the log page - there should be a backup log in there that provides some more details.
Something looks off here, as ~12 MB/s * ~30 seconds is 360 MB, not 20 GB.

The "copy" log should also be giving you the list of files that were transfered.

It should have been in the log zip file I suggested you download. It'd be called something like backup_002_copy.1502683544.log
The _002_ is the backup job, the .1502... part is a timestamp.

Re: This job report doesn't make sense:
I just see backup_000_status, which is an unrecognized file which I can't open.

Re: This job report doesn't make sense:
This is with an RN314 running OS 6.7.5 (or OS 6.8.0) firmware?
Try running the job again, and then re-download the log zip.
You should be seeing
- backup_00x.log
- backup_00x.status
- backup_00x_copy.timestamp.log
for each backup job you have. And the first backup job should be 1, not 0.
The .status log can be viewed if you open it in notepad. It's not very useful though - generally it says something like BACKUP_STATUS__COMPLETED!!1494043574!!OK
