Trouble accessing shares by users on remote network using readycloud App
I have rcently bought ReadyNAS 214 and installed one 4 TB NAS harddisk. I have created users and groups and given them permissions. I wanted to share a folder with a user. I shared that folder and invited the user. I have given him full access. When he logs in readycloud through browser he is able to see and edihe shared folder but when he is using readycloud app he is not able to see any shares. only backup folder is visisble. Am i missing something...... I want him to sync the shared folder on his windows 8 PC.
