USB 3.0 Copy to NAS
If I connect a external disk to one of the USB 3.0 slots on the background of the NAS, the light of the disk begins to flash but I cannot find the disk in Explorer. What can I do to connect a disk to the USB 3.0 slot and copy data from there to the NAS? Thank you in advance ...

Hi Chris1968
You can first insert the USB disk on the computer, check whether the computer can identify it
Thanks!

Re: USB 3.0 Copy to NAS
How is the disk formatted? Can you provide info on the manufacturer/model/capacity?
What firmware is running on your duo v2?
