Ultra 2 plus will not power up.

Been working well for about 2yrs and one morning the unit was off. Tried to turn it on and it powers briefly for 2-3sec then powers off, then tries again. Does it indefinitely. Pressing the reset button, no change. Disks pulled, no change. Wanted to see if anyone else had this problem before I engage tech support. thx!

I would engage Netgear support, event if you post on the forum as well.

Sounds like either a failed power brick or a failed chassis, so I agree you should contact support via support.netgear.com
