Ultra 6 update Q
I have an Ultra 6 (6x 2TB drives, X-RAID2) on 4.2.27. Stock standard with 1GB of RAM.
I'm tempted to use the OS6 workaround to get some new features.
Will my Ultra 6 have enough grunt to run plex on OS6?
And just to confirm, the upgrade requires a full wipe yes?

Re: Ultra 6 update Q
It can run Plex on both 4.2.x and OS6. For transcoding the CPU is the bottleneck. Updating to OS6 won't change this. Higher quality video requires a more powerful CPU to transcode.
Yes, a full wipe is required so you must backup your data first (you should backup important data primarily stored on the NAS regularly anyway).
