We have a ReadyNas RN12P0000 which is out of nowhere stop functioning. Power led is on, networking led is blinking, all other led including on the drivebays are off.
we cannot access the boot menu for troubleshooting.
we cannot identify its status right now.
any procedure for troubleshooting or reviving our readynas is much appreciated!

Is the NAS plugged into a UPS? Are you using both power supplies at the moment? If using just the one can you try using the other and see if that makes a difference?
