Unable to access shared folder on RN214, shared folder not showing
Hello,
I am experiencing similar issues as https://community.netgear.com/t5/New-ReadyNAS-Users-General/Unable-to-access-shared-folder-on-RN214-...
Unfortunately the solution was not published, so I have no idea how you fixed this. I had multiple shared folder on my ReadyNAS RN214, but now I am seeing home folders only. I can't access my shared folder through online and locally. My hard disks are showing data size but can't access the data... please help me.

You can of course use paid Netgear support via my.netgear.com.
What firmware are you running?
How much free space do you have on the data volume?
Have you downloaded the log zip file and looked in it for errors?

Just to be clear, you don't see the normal folder(s) via the web interface, ReadyCloud, or SMB? Can you SSH into the unit and see if they seem to still be intact?

I didn't see the shares from ReadyCloud and local admin page. Seeing home folder only.
Another security features are disabled with this.

Are you comfortable using ssh?
If not, then use paid netgear support (via my.netgear.com) as suggested above.
