Please help me to unlock my disks, I started Erase Volume via RAIDarand and then light turn off...

Try powering up with the drives in place, waiting 5 minutes or so, and then shutting down. There are some posts here that suggest that procedure.
They can also be unlocked with hdparm (linux utility).
