Upgrade to latest Radiator from 4.00c1-p2 to 4.1.7
I'm wondering if there are any issues if I upgrade a ReadyNAS NV running 4.00c1-p2 to 4.1.7?
Will it retain the data or will it require a factory wipe?

Re: Upgrade to latest Radiator from 4.00c1-p2 to 4.1.7
That upgrade would work fine. Firmware upgrades leave data intact.
I would suggest you backup all your data before doing the firmware upgrade.
A factory reset (wipes all data, settings, everything) after updating to 4.1.7 would be a good idea as this would give you 4k sector alignment (useful for when you eventually upgrade to 2TB disks as most of these are 4k sector).
