Upgraded to 4.2.21 Can't see data

Hi,

I upgraded My ReadyNas Pro 6 from 4.1.9 to the latest 4.2.21 and now I can't see my data. The amount of data used is correct from before the upgrade but the data does not show up to be browsed. I have small comfort in knowing that it's probably there since the amount of used data is correct. Is there anyway to fix this?

4.1.9? That would be a sparc unit (NV+ v1 or Duo V1), not a Pro. That must be a typo.

I suggest opening an on-line support ticket, and waiting. Trying to do too much on your own will reduce the chances of getting your data back.

my.netgear.com and support.netgear.com both work.
