Username Password prompt for 192.168.1.1:80:
We have a ReadyNAS that is configured to authenticate to Active Directory. I see that all the users appear in the ReadyNAS user list, however there are several user that cannot get to the top share. They do not have the issue using the Egnyte client getting to the cloud copy.
I was thinking it might just be that they are in the wrong group, but some users have the exact same AD and Egnyte security and some can get into the share and some cannot.
I think most of the users with the issue are relatively new users.
